Wild New Home for Dezine Design!

We are finally back in the driving seat, after having been out of action for a few months while moving ourselves and our studio to the wilds of Kenya - quite a trek and a change from the Highlands of Scotland...

We are now settled in our new studio, and coming to you via a satellite internet link...as I write this, I can see crocodiles basking in the sun on the riverbed outside my window, I can hear a melodious cacophony of birds in the trees outside...Dezine Design, the site for far-flung artists and photographers around the world, has come home!

As Dezine Design's founder, I believe that managing this site and our growing network (yes, we have some new artists and photographers waiting in the wings to join Dezine Design in the new year) from such an unusual and isolated place, really gives credence to our mission of representing creative people who are not able to access the mainstream markets, due to the remoteness of their locations. We're here to give creative people a chance to promote and sell their work, no matter where they are in the world.

Some of you may be interested to see and read more about Dezine Design's new location. My Wilderness Diary is my personal photo-journal documenting the wildlife dramas unfolding daily around Kulafumbi, the name of our home and the location of Dezine Design's central studio and office, which border the Tsavo National Park in Kenya.

Why not check out a few of the latest Photo Stories from Dezine Design's wild new home?

Wishing you all a very Happy and Creative 2008...
